STATEMENT RELEASED 1 FEBRUARY 2021
CONCERTS CANCELLED ALL TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE REFUNDED
In response to the Scottish Government’s announcement that Tier 4 restrictions will remain in place until at least mid-February and likely beyond, all PM Music concerts are now cancelled.
While there is genuine hope through the vaccination programme, it has unfortunately become clear that indoor concerts will not return at full capacity for many months, potentially the rest of 2021.
The safety of the audience, artists and staff is at the core of my decision.
Any risk that could transmt the virus further extending the lockdown and placing further stress on the NHS staff is simply not worth it.
I am not willing to reschedule events again, it is not fair on the audience who have supported PM Music through the years.
The last 22 years in live music has been an amazing journey.
Thanks to all the international and local artists who performed over those years as well as the managers / agents / venues; it has been a privilege to work with you !
Thanks to my current staff Laura, Jim, and Jordan who all helped support me during this last difficult year, as well as the many staff over the years who made their contribution to PM Music.
I survived many challenges, economic crashes and 12 years of austerity but a global pandemic has brought the journey in live music to an end.
I will continue my journey in music composition as well as graphic and web design.
All ticket holders will be refunded in full.
